Seido Karate offers a program of traditional Japanese Karate for adults of all ages and fitness levels. It is not necessary that you have any previous karate experience, or that you are in a particular physical condition. The structure of the beginner classes will allow you to ease into your training slowly and safely at your own level. Everyone is treated as an individual.
